MAKE IT MONDAY #301: MATTING WITH GLITTER

Wow, it's been a while since I blogged!  I made a card today for Papertrey Ink's make it Monday Challenge.  Lizzie Jones's challenge was to make a card matted with glitter. Here's what Lizzie made:
